Please allow 7 days for delivery on stocked items, if your product is unavailable your order could take longer during our peak season (May-August).

Our courier will deliver to all parts of the UK.
Do you supply my child’s school logo?
We have an ever growing catalogue of school logo’s, not all of which are on-line. If you find your school is not listed on our website, please fill in the Register your school form and we will respond to your request.

Can I get my order delivered on the standard MacGregor Delivery Van?
Our standard delivery is via courier. If you have a business account with us and you have authority to receive deliveries to the business, then it is possible. To arrange this, you will need to contact the customer service team in advance on 01463 277755.
Can I pick up my order from one of the other MacGregor Branches?
Yes, the goods can be sent to one of our other branches. However, please allow for longer delivery time.
Can I amend/cancel my order?
Once you have placed your order and it has been confirmed, you can cancel/amend your order but this needs to be done 24 hours after placing your order. The quickest way to deo this is call our custoemr service team on 01463 277755 and they will deal with your request.
