Please allow 7 days for delivery on stocked items, if your product is unavailable this could increase up to 21 days.
Please allow longer during our peak season (May – August).

How do I pay for my order?
All major credit and debit cards are accepted through our secure payment gateway.
Payment will be taken when your order is placed.
Where do you deliver to?
Our Courier will deliver to all parts of the UK.
Where is my child’s school?
We have an ever growing catalogue of School Logo’s, not all of which are on-line. If you find your school is not listed on our website, please fill in the Register Your School form and we will respond to your request.
Do you have a store?
MacGregor Industrial Supplies have branches in Inverness, Elgin, Portree and Stornoway, the addresses of each can be found on the Contact Us page. All the School wear is embroidered and stocked from Inverness with regular deliveries to our other branches. If you want to know if your local school is stocked in your local branch please contact us.

Can I get my order delivered on the standard MacGregor Delivery Van?
Our standard delivery is via our Courier partner, as it makes the logistics of getting the goods to our Customers much simpler and effective. We have thousands of business Customers and many of them receive deliveries from us via our fleet of delivery vans. If you have a business account with us and you have the authority to receive deliveries to the business, then it is possible. To arrange this, you will need to contact the Customer Service Team in advance on 01463 277755.
Can I pick up my order from one of the other MacGregor Branches?
Yes, all the branding is done in Inverness, but the goods can be sent to one of our other branch’s, but this will increase the delivery time depending on the branch. If we are shipping it to another branch, there will be a confirmation email giving details for collection.
Do you ship overseas?
No, you are welcome to place an order from overseas using one of our recognized payment methods. However, we are unable to ship parcels overseas so you will need to have your items delivered to a UK address for collection, or to be forwarded to you.
Can I amend/cancel my order?
Once you have placed your order and it has been confirmed, it is possible, but you need to be fast. This is because our teams process the orders quickly through to the warehouse and branding team. The quickest way to do this is call our Customer Service Team on 01463 27775 and they will deal with your request.
